Paul began his automotive retail career in 2002, eventually joining Safety First Holdings an independent agent before joining the organization in 2018. He introduced the PulseProtects product to a Washington State agency significantly increasing its revenue which lead to its acquisition by a Canadian- based private equity firm in 2020.

Before formally joining Safety First Holdings, Paul worked as a consultant, using his sales and training experience to develop the foundation for the Pulse Protects program, which later earned him a direct role within the company. His efforts have been pivotal in expanding the company’s partnerships with franchise auto dealers.

At Safety First Holdings, Paul manages the Dashcams Protect dealer program, oversees regional sales territories, and cultivates relationships with numerous dealer and agency partnerships nationwide.
